Meet Ray, our Head of Shared Services who looks after our People, Technology and all of the services that run our operations in Manila. He shares with us his passion for excellence in service delivery that ultimately roots from his genuine care for our people and the communities they serve.
Alwin Bulosan
Regional Operations Manager
Alwin is one of our homegrown talents. He began his journey in GSI as a staff in our phone support team and made his way up to manage the largest offshore operations unit in our team.
His unique drive in pushing boundaries and delivering the best possible outcomes through people empowerment is recognised by his peers, stakeholders and staff members.
Aileeh de Guzman
Country Accountant
Aileeh de Guzman oversees the financial operations and reporting of our business units. She also leads the treasury function, ensuring optimal cash flow and liquidity management.
Aside from being a leader in her role, she is also a leader for women, inspiring people to go beyond gender roles and advocating for a fair and equal workplace as evident in this special Women's Month video.
